What do you do when you need answers fast? Look here first!

Q: My Computer or Printer is not working. What should I do?
A: HP, Dell and other major brands are not repaired by the supplier who sells them, but the manufacturer of the product. Most manufacturers have offices here in the UAE and a service agent who will take care of these things. In most cases you will have to take it to the service center and take it back when it the repair is done. If you are our client, we will fix your computer at site if you have a contract with us, otherwise, we will find a mutually acceptable procedure to take care of this. If most cases, we will take the product from your office and get it back to you.


Q: What benefits would a service contract give me more than the warranty?
A: Normally when you buy a PC you get a parts warranty for a certain period. Clients mistake this for on-site support from the vendor/supplier. You have to take the system to the vendor's service center. If your computer breaks down there is no security for the data inside. All these issues are address in detail in the following file.

Q: What different kinds or service do you do?
A: We do on-site service contracts, where our engineers come and visit your company and repair systems based on a monthly fee. We have an in-house repair facility where walk-in clients can bring machines to be repaired. We also can be asked to do one-time (call-out) site surveys or virus cleaning in remote sites. We repair, computers, printers, Scanners, mult-function-untis (MFP), typewriters and photo copiers.

Q: Can I buy a notebook from a hypermarket and use it in my office?
A: No. Because retail products are sold for home use, so the laptops normally comes with Windows Home or Basic. Of course, you can use your computer, per se, but it cannot connect to or login to servers that are on your network. For this you need to have the "professional" version of Windows - for all variations from XP to Windows 7. In certain cases you can "upgrade" the software you have. Please contact us for more more details.


Q: Where in UAE do you support?Map
A: Although we are based in Abu Dhabi, we have engineers based in Sharjah also. We are in Dubai/Sharjah 2-3 times a week. We cover the following places currently:

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: At the moment, no. We are corporate targeted service organization. We do not have a retail outlet.
